College Recruiting & Athlete Mentiorship
Mentoring & Recruiting Support
Moving from travel ball to college ball can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to do it alone. Through my Mentoring & Recruiting program I help athletes and families map out every step of the journey. Whether you’re an eighth grader exploring options or a junior ready to showcase your skills I combine mindset coaching with actionable recruiting strategies so you feel confident organized and ready for the next level.
I know the process inside and out because I’ve lived it. I originally committed to Syracuse as a ninth grader and experienced the excitement and pressure of making a big decision early. By junior year I realized I needed a different fit and made the tough choice to decommit which meant starting the recruiting process over and navigating new conversations with coaches. I ultimately committed to Penn State and later transferred to Houston before finishing my Division I career at Rutgers. Each step taught me how to evaluate programs advocate for myself and stay focused on long term goals even when the path changed.
These experiences shape the way I mentor. I understand how to communicate with coaches at every stage from the first email to entering the transfer portal balance academics athletics and personal growth while making big decisions and stay mentally strong through decommitments transfers and unexpected changes. Now I use those lessons to guide athletes and families so they can move through their own recruiting journey with clarity and confidence no matter where it leads.
